5th edition Focus on Energy 2013,Bucharest

Recently, Romania set up several short and medium term objectives aimed for improving the energy sector. One of them, and maybe the most important one, relates to the energy efficiency, targeting both companies and individual players. Other goals would be to improve the management and corporate governance of the state owned companies, as well as to increase the hydrocarbons production. Which of the objectives are doable? How will Romania manage to develop the energy sector by attracting new investments?
