Romanian National Plumbing Conference - Sinaia 2013, November 13 - 15

The 48th National Conference - Plants for the Third Millennium is the theme of Romanian National Plumbing Conference . Focus will be on increasing the energy efficiency of buildings and installations.

Synthesis papers that are presented at the conference :
-The provisions of Directive 2010 / 31/CE European Parliament on the energy performance of buildings ;
-Emergency Ordinances no. 18/2009 and 69 /2010 on increasing the energy performance of housing blocks ;
-Methodologies for calculating the energy performance of buildings and related facilities ;
-Energy audits and energy certification of buildings and installations in the EU and Romania ;
-Expertise thermal power plants and heating and ventilation systems ;
-Use of non-conventional energy for heating and hot water .
