EU in search of a green jobs strategy

In to the UN Conference on Climate Change, held in Warsaw this period, the Romanian Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Rovana Plumb, attended, along with his counterparts from Britain, Denmark , Croatia and Slovakia, in an informal discussion with Group representatives Economic Growth (Green Growth Group / GGG ) .

The discussions focused on the future framework 2030 in energy and climate change, focusing on the benefits of actions to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases will have on economic growth and citizens .

It also highlighted the role that it can be GGG in terms of providing a framework for the exchange of information and best practices in the implementation of measures to combat climate change.

Lead Rovana Minister stressed , in context , the importance of defining a strategy for the creation of green jobs as part of sustainable development.
