"Recycle mit! - Recycling Challenge" in Romania

The Environ Association and the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK Romania) award Tuesday, April 10, the winners of the "Recycle mit! - Challenge to Recycling "at an event on" Romania in the Circular Economy ".

Competition on the collection of recyclable waste generated by the office activity, in which 20 companies from the German business environment in Romania have handed over for recycling a total of 1,000 kg of waste electrical and electronic equipment and 120 kg of used batteries, was won by Autonet Group (1st place), Optim Project Management (2nd place) and Hamm Reno (3rd place).

The prizes won by the winners of the campaign are designed to motivate and develop employees: the first place is to create a creative relaxation space in the office, the second place in the sharing system that can be used by all colleagues, and the third place a teambuilding one day in an adventure park for the entire team.

The first edition of the Recycle mit! Project ran from February 23, 2017 to February 28, 2018 and had as main objectives the improvement of the relations between employees, companies and environment and the ecological impact it determines, aiming to favor the creation of a community business involved in sustainable development projects.

Campaign "Recycle mit! - Recycling Challenge "continues in 2018, and AHK member firms are still invited to join the recycling program for the following types of waste: paper / cardboard, plastic, metal, glass, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries and accumulators (DBA).
